PSF Conference Registration Form: August 13 & 14, 2026 at National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.
The PSF Family Conference will be held on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus in Building 35.

Camp-style activities for children ages 5 and older will take place at The Children’s Inn at NIH, while childcare for younger children will be provided in Building 35 during conference hours.

A Meet & Greet Pizza Party will be held on August 12 at The Children’s Inn.
The conference will take place August 13–14 and will conclude with a group dinner at Tony’s Italian and Seafood Restaurant on August 14. Transportation to the restaurant will be arranged.

For attendees not staying at The Children’s Inn, discounted room rates will be available at The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which offers shuttle service to NIH. (See registration link below.)

Meals provided:
• August 13: Breakfast and lunch
• August 14: Lunch and dinner

The conference will also be streamed live for those unable to attend in person.
A detailed speaker schedule is currently being finalized.
La Conferencia Familiar de PSF se llevará a cabo en el campus de los Institutos Nacionales de Salud (NIH) en el Edificio 35.

Las actividades tipo campamento para niños de 5 años en adelante se realizarán en The Children’s Inn at NIH, mientras que el cuidado infantil para los niños más pequeños se ofrecerá en el Edificio 35 durante el horario de la conferencia.

Una Fiesta de Bienvenida con Pizza se llevará a cabo el 12 de agosto en The Children’s Inn.

La conferencia se realizará del 13 al 14 de agosto y concluirá con una cena grupal en Tony’s Italian and Seafood Restaurant el 14 de agosto. Se organizará transporte al restaurante.

CONFERENCE FEES:

Adult Registration: $125 per person
Children ages 5–18: $40 each

Families will only be charged for the first two children.

We are also accepting donations to help other families attend the conference. If you would like to contribute, your support is greatly appreciated.

GRANTS: We also have a limited number of grants available to assist families with VISA expenses. However, we are not able to cover FULL travel costs for families this year. If your family is unable to afford the conference registration fee, this cost can be waived. Fill in the form and you will be contacted for a grant allowance.

For those unable to attend in person, the conference will be live streamed so you can still participate and stay connected.
