  • Important Move-Out Details

    1. There is no specific schedule for move-out. It is done on a first come, first served basis.

    2. Exhibit dismantling shall commence at 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2027 - the official closing time for the show. Exhibitors are prohibited from dismantling any portion of their displays; packing crates and cartons prior 4 p.m. Failure to comply will result in the exhibitor being denied access to future shows produced by Landscape Ontario.

    2. Security – Booth personnel are advised to remain in the booth until products and display materials are properly packed and clearly labeled for shipment.

    3. Dollies/forklifts will be available once the aisle carpet is removed – approximately 1 hour after show closing or 5 p.m.

    4. Returning crates and cartons from storage is the first priority of materials handling personnel.

    5. The loading docks will be open for vehicles at 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2027.

    6. Vehicles will only be permitted access to the loading bays once the entire shipment is packed, labeled and ready for truck loading.

    7. All vehicles over 5 tons must access the marshalling yard via the Martin Grove Road entrance.

    8. Drivers must report to the marshalling yard attendant who will assign a time and loading bay number.

    9. Removal of exhibit materials and products is the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company or an appointed contractor.

    10. Failure to remove an exhibit or product from the exhibit hall by 2 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2027 will result in removal of material by the Stronco Group of Companies who will store the shipment at their warehouse. Show Management reserves the right to remove exhibit material left in the Toronto Congress Centre and to invoice the exhibiting company for the expense of shipping and storage.


    Safety footwear (Canadian Standards Act (CSA) approved / green patch steel toe shoes or boots) MUST BE worn at all times to gain access to the show floor during move-in and move-out. No other footwear will be permitted.
