    NBCRA Summer Kickoff Show | June 6-7 2026

  • PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:
    ALL stalls and hookups for NBCRA's June 6-7 show must be booked using this form - first come, first paid, first served. Bookings can be made individually or for your entire barn group. 

    STALL FEES
    $125.00/weekend (8x8)
    $150.00/weekend (8x12)
    $200.00/weekend (8x16)

    A $100.00/stall deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable with exception to horse or exhibitor illness/injury (vet or doctor's note is required).

    HOOKUP FEES
    SEMI SERVICE: $80.00 for two nights, $120.00 for three nights
    FULL SERVICE: $100.00 for two nights, $150.00 for three nights

    Hookups must be paid in full upon booking.

  • STALL BOOKINGS

    Please indicate all stalls and bedding that you and/or your group will require. If you have no specific preferences for barns or stall sizes, please leave the barn fields blank and notate "8x8" for stall size. We will make all efforts to place you in your desired barns and stall sizes, however please keep in mind that due to restrictions on the size of the facility, we may not be able to guarantee to fulfill every single request. All decisions regarding stabling placements are at the final discretion of the NBCRA Show Committee.
