    In the event of verified emergency circumstances, a credit for future use may be granted on a case by case basis, subject to approval by upper management.

    Any fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent permit by law. This may include the pursuit of criminal charges.     Dispute resolution:

    All claims or disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration and a location selected by the seller. If the purchasing party fails to satisfy any arbitration award, the award may be converted into a judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction.
