• A Spiritual Bouquet for Deacon Victor Valdés

We are overjoyed to prepare for the upcoming ordination of Victor Valdés, who will be joining our parish community as our new Associate Pastor in June. God willing, his ordination to the priesthood will take place on May 9th at 10:00am at St. Michael’s Cathedral. To celebrate this sacred milestone and support him in his new ministry, we invite you and your family to contribute your prayers and acts of charity to a Spiritual Bouquet.

  • What is a Spiritual Bouquet?
Unlike a traditional bouquet of flowers that eventually fades, a Spiritual Bouquet is a collection of prayers and acts offered up for a specific person. It is a beautiful way to show someone that they are being lifted up by the collective heart of the community.

    How it Works
Participating is simple. Using the form below, please indicate the specific prayers or acts of charity you or your family intend to offer for Victor. These might include:

    • Mass Intentions
    • Rosaries
    • Divine Mercy Chaplets
    • Acts of Charity
    • Visits to the Blessed Sacrament

Once all the pledges are collected, we will present our new Associate Pastor with a card listing the total 'blooms' in his bouquet, representing the thousands of prayers supporting him as he begins his journey at our parish.

    A Meaningful Family Activity
Taking part in a Spiritual Bouquet is a wonderful way for families to practice our faith together.  It teaches children that the most powerful gift we can give someone is our prayer and our intentional actions.
