— an elevated, boutique women's strength training experience dedicated to glute development, strength, confidence, body literacy, and sustainable results. The Glute Garden Method delivers professionally structured monthly programming built on progressive overload: three dedicated lower-body training days, one upper-body day, ongoing coaching support, and community-driven accountability. Our premium studio equipment includes belt squat, hack squat, V-squat, Smith machine, dedicated hip thrust stations, functional cable systems, standing abduction machine, 45-degree hyperextension, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio options to support performance and results. Memberships, bookings, and appointments are managed through Vagaro, and a dedicated Soleil Strength branded app is coming soon to enhance the member experience.
