  • 2026 Art Educators Exhibition Open Call

Bountiful Davis Art Center (BDAC) invites artists from across Utah whose practices extend into teaching, mentorship, and creative instruction to submit up to five artworks for the inaugural Educators Exhibition, on view September–November 2026.

Presented alongside the Statewide Emerging Artists’ Annual (SWEAA), the exhibition considers artistic practice as a continuum—connecting established artists with those still emerging and highlighting the relationships that shape creative work across the state.

We seek innovative, diverse, and compelling work in all media and at all career stages. Artists working in painting, sculpture, photography, installation, digital art, performance, fiber, mixed media, and beyond are encouraged to apply.

    Artwork Requirements
All works must be original, completed within the past two years, and must not have been previously exhibited at BDAC. Accepted work must be delivered ready for installation—dry, stable, and professionally presented. All two-dimensional work must be framed (when appropriate) and equipped with D-rings and wire for hanging. Work that does not meet these requirements may be declined at drop-off.

Please clearly label all artwork with the artist’s name and title.

The exhibition will be presented in BDAC’s Underground Gallery, a space dedicated to community-based projects, and will coincide with our Statewide Emerging Artists Annual.

Your submission fee helps support our nonprofit mission and sustains BDAC as a space where artists can exhibit, connect, and thrive.
