You are invited to submit an education topic for HAuNTcon 2027. Sessions will be offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday March 12-14 in Orlando, FL at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside Hotel.

Please fill out the form in its entirety. Please note: class description details can be amended at a later date; all other fields are critical for scheduling and marketing purposes. PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR EACH CLASS SUBMISSION (maximum of 2 unless otherwise approved).

Submission of this application does not guarantee selection. All instructors are carefully reviewed to ensure a high-quality educational program. Selected instructors are expected to deliver their session as approved and maintain a professional standard in alignment with HAuNTcon. Applicants will be notified of their selection status in a timely manner.

HAuNTcon Instructor Compensation Structure

HAuNTcon offers a range of compensation options based on experience level, session type, and overall program placement.

Compensation may include one or a combination of the following:
- Per-session payment (typically ranging from $75-$200+, depending on experience level and session type)
- Performance-based bonus tied to attendance
- All Access passes and instructor perks
Select instructors may also be invited to teach multiple sessions, with the opportunity for a complimentary VIP Pass upgrade.

Final compensation details will be discussed and confirmed upon acceptance.

Make & Take Workshops
- Instructors set their own pricing to cover materials and instruction
- 100% of Make & Take revenue is collected and retained by the instructor
- HAuNTcon does not manage or collect workshop payments
- Make & Take sessions are not eligible for additional compensation beyond collected fees
Program & Attendance
- Class capacities typically range from approximately 45-72 attendees, depending on room assignment and session format.
- Sessions with low registration (typically fewer than 5 attendees) may be adjusted, combined, or canceled at the discretion of HAuNTcon.
Promotion Expectations: As part of HAuNTcon’s educational lineup, instructors are expected to actively promote their session and the event through appropriate channels within their reach, including social media and professional networks.

Trade Show Booth Option: Instructors who wish to exhibit on the trade show floor may reserve a booth separately. Booth space is limited and not guaranteed.

Travel & Accommodations: All travel and accommodation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the instructor.

HAuNTcon reserves the right to modify programming, scheduling, or session placement as needed.
