      Article 1. Registration Fees will not be refunded in the case of any individual cancellation. Article 2. Any damages brought to any of the property or goods used during the Transition BBQ will be covered by the participant who created the prejudice, who will be held personally liable and may be subject to expulsion from the Transition BBQ. Article 3. ELSA International has the right to terminate the contract for any breach of the Code of Conduct, in which case the participant will be subject to the disciplinary sanctions stipulated in the Code of Conduct including but not limited to the expulsion from the event in question. Article 4. ELSA International reserves the proceed to a control of your application and reserves the right to cancel your application and reimburse fee that you have paid. Article 5. In the unfortunate event that the Transition BBQ cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of ELSA International (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of ELSA International, they cannot beheld liable by participants for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc. Article 6. ELSA International shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any of its obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection, failure in the public supply of electricity, heating, lighting, air conditioning or telecommunications equipment. Article 7. The liability of ELSA International – for whatever legal reason – shall be limited to intent and gross negligence.
