• Required content shoot: $799 AUD, one-time before service starts• Social Schedule Plan: $499 AUD per month (Min. commitment $5,988 AUD)• Minimum commitment: 12 months• Social Schedule will provide a quarterly posting schedule• Content is delivered through Social Schedule’s posting service unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Extra images, additional posting, special campaigns, urgent requests, or any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges• All additional work will be quoted and must be approved before commencement• Invoices are billed automatically via Stripe through card or direct debit• Late or unpaid accounts may result in immediate suspension of services• If an account remains unpaid for more than 30 days, the remaining balance of the full agreed term becomes immediately due• Unpaid amounts may be referred to a collection agency, with the client responsible for reasonable collection costs, legal fees, and applicable interest where permitted by law• The minimum commitment is $5,988 AUD over the 12-month term• The 12-month term is payable in full, even if the client cancels early• Social Schedule is not liable for account issues, platform outages, algorithm changes, or decisions made by third-party platforms• The client confirms they have the rights to use all logos, brand assets, and information provided• The client must review and approve 90-day content schedules via email prior to posting• If the client does not inform Social Schedule that they would like to cancel at least 14 days before their 12 month contract ends, the next 12 months will automatically renew as the team will begin preparing content for the next 365 days• Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing
