Terms & Conditions
Original art or photographs sole work of the submitting artist and not a copy of other art. No class or supervised work.
Artwork must align with the Library's family-frienly standards. Show Chair has sole descretions to accept or reject submissions.
The artwork must be wired and properly framed or with finished edges and mounted with flat mountings (D-ring and wire). NO Screw eyes or sawtooth hangers, poster frames or lucite clip frames.
Label back of framed piece with Title, type of process (B & W on fiber/cyanotype/digital/ other), artist name, phone number & email. See below for label sheet.
Insurance on all entries is the responsibility of the artist. LAA, City of Livermore or Livermore Public Library will not be held responsible for loss or damage during handling or exhibit.
Twenty percent (20%) commission of sales goes to LAA.
Artwork must be left on display for the duration of the show. If sold, it will be given to the buyer after the show unless otherwise arranged. If given to the buyer early, it must be replaced with an equivalent art piece.
