Vendor Registration Form

We are launching The Special Sportsman of Rhea County outdoors program to give disabled youth, and youth with limited resources the opportunity to get involved with camping, hunting, and fishing programs. The event will feature food, music, a kids zone, silent auction, and door prizes. We encourage children or outdoor themes. This is our first fundraising event, but we have a lot of support coming from the community, and expect a good turnout. I, Christin Miller, am the only contact for this event. Rhea County Fairgrounds Harold Robbins Ln. Evensville, TN 37332

All vendors are welcome. Once registered, a Zeffy payment link will be sent by text or email. Registration is not complete until payment is received. Register early if you are needing electricity, there are only 18 spots available. There are a lot of spaces without electricity available. The huts are rustic wooden spaces with a roof, open front, and mostly open back and sides. The vendor spaces are laid out with a booth space in between each hut (9 huts, 9 spaces with electricity). There is a partially wooded area with lots of shade next the hut area where the 12x12 spaces will be set up (no electricity). There is plenty of parking, and you can unload close to the vendor area. On-site restrooms, air conditioned buildings, and a kids zone with inflatables and a playground. Admission is free for 2 people, discounted to $5 for each additional person. A $12 BBQ plate will be available, vendors can purchase early for $8. Include additional guest and meals in registration fee if possible for planning purposes. A donation for our silent auction or a small item for door prizes is greatly appreciated, but not required.
