To simplify the process and ensure financial responsibility, we require you to fill out this form before booking any travel. Once submitted, the Financial Director will review your request and let you know if the cost can be reimbursed - remember, the more sustainable travel the better!
🛫 What happens next?
- Fill in all required details (event, travel dates, estimated cost, etc.).
- You will receive an email response (approved or denied) after review.
- If approved, you may proceed to buy the ticket.
🔴 Do not buy tickets until you get approval.
