South Side Pride Entertainment Rules and Regulations 2026

Applying does not ensure acceptance. All entertainers will be notified if accepted or denied.

Entertainers are required to be at the event and check in with the showrunner at least ONE HOUR prior to their assigned time. If there are muliple members of a group, all must be present at check-in.

South Side Pride will provide the following to all entertainers:

A 12'x8' staging area, speakers, two wireless microphones, a DJ able to play any music or backing track required, and any additional hookups required for electric equipment.

Any and all forms of entertainment must be family friendly and pre-approved by South Side Pride. Failure to do so will result in penalty or dismissal.

A backstage area in The Den at Parsons North Brewing Company will be provided for all entertainment. This area will have a private restroom, mirrors, and complimentary refreshments. Please be respectful of other entertainers' time and space. Priority will be given to acts that are less than an hour away from performing.

Alcohol is not permitted outside of Parsons North Brewing Company.
