All Park Lane Order's either with the game's nights or through the website are submitted to Australia's Head Office on Wednesday night at 10pm Qld time, with that data sent to America's head office the goods are then dispatched from the USA on Thursday and arrive to Australia's Head Office on the following Thursday/Friday. Head Office will then dispatch to me and then i will dispatch to you in a timely manner. Please allow 10-15 working days. If you are unable to wait i kindly ask you do not play the games. ( Orders placed through the website directly your orders get sent from Australia's head office and do not get shipped to me so you will recieve them quicker ! )
I am not responsible for any delays in the postal process if strikes, public holidays or general delays occur. I kindly ask you be patient :) i will keep you updated if there are any known delays.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds if you are not happy with your game results.
If you preorder your game spot and are unable to join once a date has been set, i can organise you to go into the next round of games. If you have not advised me that you are unable to make the games night and are then not available and not in the live you will be picked last, but that doesnt mean you miss out! You can still win the Top Prize!
