  • Non-Compete Clause (Vendor Event – Similar Products)

     

    Exclusivity & Non-Competition.

    Vendor agrees that during the New Vision Women’s Fellowship on June 12th , they will not sell, display, or promote products that directly compete with another vendor’s approved product category as assigned by the Event

     

    The Event Organizer reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether products are considered similar or competing and to assign or limit vendor categories to maintain a balanced marketplace.

     

    Booth rentals are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited and will be assigned in the order payments are received.

  • Important Event Information

    Event begins at 4 pm on June 12th, 2026, and ends at 9 pm on June 12th, 2026. Booth setup begins at 3 pm on June 12th. Booths must be completed no later than 4 pm on June 12th, 2026. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by June 4th, 2026 will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment. Please note that there is no additional electrical and water access. All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day prior to the event, and must provide permit for approval.
