I understand my listing will not go live until icfcontractors.com completes its verification process, which includes but is not limited to review of my license, insurance, and professional references. icfcontractors.com reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke any listing at its sole discretion, for any reason, with or without explanation. Submitting this application does not guarantee listing approval. The Vetted Contractor badge is awarded only after successful verification and may be revoked at any time if credentials lapse, verification criteria are no longer met, or at the discretion of site administration.
Listing Accuracy: All info accurate and current; will notify of changes

I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate, current, and complete. I will notify icfcontractors.com within 30 calendar days of any material changes to my license status, insurance coverage, business status, contact information, or any other information submitted in this application. I understand that providing false, misleading, or materially incomplete information, or failing to notify of material changes within the required timeframe, is grounds for immediate suspension or removal of my listing without refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
Subscription Acknowledgment (paid tiers only): I understand that paid listings are billed monthly via Stripe, and that I can cancel at any time. Cancellation will downgrade me to the Basic tier or remove my listing per my preference.

I understand that paid listings are billed monthly via Stripe on a recurring, automatically renewing basis. My subscription will automatically renew and I will be charged each month until I cancel. I may cancel at any time by emailing support@icfcontractors.com or by using my Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months. Upon cancellation, my listing will be downgraded to the Basic (free) tier or removed entirely, per my preference. icfcontractors.com reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to my email address on file; continued use of a paid listing after the price change effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. and is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability

I understand and agree that icfcontractors.com's total liability to me for any claim arising from my participation in the directory shall not exceed the total fees paid by me through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is greater. In no event shall icfcontractors.com be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless icfcontractors.com, its owners, officers, and agents from any claims arising from inaccurate information I provide, my failure to maintain valid credentials, or any misrepresentation in my listing.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

I agree that this agreement and any disputes arising from my participation in the icfcontractors.com directory shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration conducted in the State of Ohio. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys fees unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous, in which case the arbitrator may award reasonable attorneys fees to the prevailing party. I waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Modification of Terms

I understand that icfcontractors.com may modify these terms, pricing, tier features, or program requirements at any time with 30 days written notice to the email address I have provided. It is my responsibility to keep my email address current. Continued participation in the directory after the effective date of any modification constitutes my acceptance of the updated terms. If I do not agree to the modified terms, I may cancel my listing before the effective date by contacting support@icfcontractors.com. This agreement, together with any modifications made in accordance with this provision, constitutes the entire agreement between me and icfcontractors.com regarding my directory listing.
Privacy & Data Use

I consent to icfcontractors.com collecting, storing, and processing the personal and business information I provide in this application for the purposes of verifying my credentials, creating and maintaining my directory listing, communicating with me about my account, and facilitating customer inquiries. My business name, general location, contact information, and profile content will be displayed publicly on icfcontractors.com as part of my directory listing. icfcontractors.com will not sell my personal information to third parties. My information may be shared with payment processors (Stripe) for billing purposes and with customers who inquire about my services through the platform. I may request deletion of my data by contacting support@icfcontractors.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.
