Old Friends Golf Invitational Team Registration
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

2. Cash or check, day of tournament

3. Credit/Debit card payments via square

3. New Old Friends Venmo (*coming soon*)

4. Reach out to an Old Friends committee member for other payment options or to pay with cash/check prior to tournament

Tournament price is $225 per player or $900 for a 4-man team.
Includes: 2 days of tournament play, 1 practice round, entry to auction and dance, Old Friends golf polo and gift bag for each player

Sponsorship Levels

Gold Sponsorship: $1,200 Donation, Sponsor signage on a Tee Box, 4 Golfers (One Team), lunch provided to team on both tournament days

Silver Sponsorship: $950 Donation, Sponsor signage on a Tee Box, 3 Golfers

Bronze Sponsorship: $700 Donation, Sponsor signage on a Tee Box , 2 Golfers
