Sit comfortably, take a breath, and read the passage below or talk about something for 30-60 seconds in a calm and natural voice as if you were talking to a friend. There is no need to perform or speak differently than you normally would. Simply be yourself.

In my life I've been pretty busy lately but things are starting to settle down a bit, which is nice. The weather today is calm and quiet. On weekends I try to get outside and go for a walk or meet up with friends. I believe that small consistent habits make a big difference over time. I'm looking forward to what comes next, and I'm grateful for this moment right now."
