Elite Axe Throwing – Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand that axe throwing is an inherently dangerous activity that may result in serious injury, disability, or death. I acknowledge that risks include, but are not limited to, axes rebounding or bouncing back, missed throws, equipment malfunction, improper use by myself or others, and the actions or negligence of other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with my participation.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to participate.

I agree to follow all posted rules and all instructions provided by Elite Axe Throwing staff at all times. I understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate removal from participation without refund. I acknowledge that all activities are actively supervised and agree to comply with all supervision requirements.

Participants must be at least 12 years of age to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and must have this waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Participants under the age of 12 are not permitted to participate under any circumstances. Elite Axe Throwing reserves the right to enforce stricter age limits based on event type, venue requirements, or safety considerations.

I hereby waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Elite Axe Throwing, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and any associated venues from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in axe throwing activities. This includes any claims arising from the negligence of the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Florida.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Axe Throwing from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from my participation in the activity.

Mobile and Venue Operations

I grant permission to Elite Axe Throwing to use photographs or videos of me taken during participation for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, consent to their participation in axe throwing activities. I agree to supervise the minor as required and accept full responsibility for their actions. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Axe Throwing from any claims arising from the minor’s participation.

I have read this waiver carefully and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily.
