- Payment: Full payment is required upfront. The project will commence upon confirmation of payment.
- Delivery Timeline: Delivery times are estimates from the date of creative brief approval. Rush orders are subject to availability.
- Revisions: The number of free revisions is based on the selected package. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate per revision. Revisions are for minor adjustments, not complete structural changes.
- Intellectual Property: You retain the copyright to the stories and lyrics you provide. Syzygy retains the copyright to the musical composition, arrangement, and sound recording. You will receive an exclusive license for personal use or, in the case of jingles, business promotional use.
- Commercial use beyond promotion may require additional licensing at own persual.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before creative work begins for a partial refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are not possible.
