POLICIES:
ORDER DEADLINES: All standard and custom orders MUST be placed 5 days in advance to your desired order date. All wedding and party orders MUST be placed 2 weeks in advance to your desired orders date
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: There will be NO refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before your desired pick up/ delivery. If you wish to reschedule your order, the full order amount will be due at the time of scheduling your new order date.
DESIRED ORDER TIME: The order time that is submitted in your form is the time I will be working around. Any changes made in your desired order time are subject to my availabilty, and may result in a $25 rush fee. Please contact me if there are any changes.
DEPOSIT: A $25 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED for ALL orders $50 and up.
PAYMENT: Full payment must be made 48 hours before your scheduled pick up/ delivery time. Orders not paid in full by this time may be subject to cancellation. Payment methods include Zelle & Venmo, and will be given out via DM or text message. Cash will be accepted upon my approval.
DAMAGES & REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS will be given if the cake is damaged AFTER pick up/ delivery. If there is any issue with your order upon pick up/ delivery, I will happily do my best to fix it free of charge. I am NOT liable for any damges to orders after pick up/ delivery
