  • Company & the Community Our Dancers Have Created

This year, our company of 13 girls has grown into a close-knit group of great friends and each other’s strongest supporters. We are proud of every one of them, and they take just as much pride in one another. They have inspired us as teachers and made our lives both exciting and incredibly rewarding. Throughout the season, they’ve cheered each other on, lifted each other up, and formed meaningful friendships as teammates. We are also so grateful for our supportive families, whose encouragement and enthusiasm help make this experience so special. Their excitement for cheering on not only their own dancers but the entire team has created such an uplifting environment at every event. If you think you’d be a good fit for the company, we encourage you to audition. We’re excited to welcome new members to a team that has truly started to feel like family. 🩵
  • One Application per Dancer

If you have more than one dancer, this form must be completed separately for each child.
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • ✨Dancers, Keep an eye out!✨

✨ Dancers must complete this agreement alongside a parent. Sections marked "✨Student Question✨" must be answered by the dancer, not the parent. We value honest, thoughtful responses, as they will be shared with our choreographers. ✨
  • Audition Date

  • Can you attend the audition on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 9:30 AM–1:00 PM?*
  • Fall 2026- Spring 2027 Season Class Requirements + Built-In Rehearsals

  • Weekly technique class commitment for the Fall 2026-Spring 2027 Season (age as of November 30, 2026.) Please select your age and class commitment level.*
  • Goodbye Weekend Rehearsals, Hello Weeknights!

We are adjusting our rehearsal plans to better support our dancers and strengthen their confidence, skills, and clarity of movement in company pieces. As part of this shift, we also wanted to create a more structured and consistent schedule that allows dancers to feel more prepared and make steady progress throughout the season.

In the past, most rehearsals were held on weekends, which proved challenging for families and our staff. We also heard concerns from dancers about not always feeling fully prepared. This updated approach is our solution to better support their growth, confidence, and overall experience.

Moving forward, the majority of company rehearsals will take place during the week and will be scheduled to align with your child’s existing class times whenever possible. Dancers will have one or two rehearsal slots per week, each approximately 45 minutes long. Our goal is for each dancer to attend one rehearsal; however, a second may be required* depending on overall company size and the number of pieces in which they are cast. There will be an $80 monthly company fee (September–May) per dancer for this built-in rehearsal time.

This $80/month company fee also includes one mandatory weekend rehearsal per month, with the specific day to be determined. We are aiming for a consistent schedule, such as a “Second Saturday” format, to make planning easier for families. These monthly rehearsals will run from approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

There is no additional fee for dancers who are required to attend more than one weekly rehearsal.

  • Choreography, Costume, Competition Fees

  • Choreography Fees:
Choreography fees cover all rehearsal hours for Choreography Weeks and Refresh Week. A detailed payment plan will be provided after auditions; however, we anticipate a five-month schedule running from June through October. (This means your total would be broken up into five equal payments due on a designated date each month.) Please note that this timeline is subject to change.

    Solo: $525
    Duo: $380 per dancer
    Trio: $360 per dancer
Small Group (4–9 dancers): $320 per dancer
Large Group (10–19 dancers): $250 per dancer
    Line/Production (20+ dancers): $190 per dancer

    Costume Fees:

We’re looking to get creative with costumes this year in an effort to reduce costs. Our teachers will collaborate early in the season to design company costumes that are more affordable for our families, recognizing the significant investment already being made in your dancer’s training. Costume due dates have not been determined.

    Competition Fees:
Detailed competition fee information is available upon request (see below). For current families, we do not anticipate a significant increase; however, final pricing/dates for the upcoming season have not yet been released. We are looking to add one additional competition for solos/duos trios only.

  • Fundraising

Parents often ask how other families at other studios manage the financial commitment of participating in so many company pieces. The simple answer is that they incorporate fundraising throughout the year to help offset costs. This is something organized by the parents, not by the staff at Coalesce.
  • *New families only: Would you like more information on the current season's event costs?
  • Choreography & Refresh Weeks

  • Choreography Weeks are designated weeks in which dancers will learn all choreography for their pieces.

Refresh Week is intended as a time for dancers to reconnect with their choreographer and review material before weekly rehearsals begin for the fall season.

Please list your full availability for each date. If you are available during certain times, please indicate your availability clearly (e.g., “available 2:00 PM–7:00 PM”). If you are not available on a specific day or during certain times, please write “none.” Please be as detailed as possible to avoid any confusion. Please also note that a significant lack of availability may impact casting decisions.

  • Dancer Interests

Tell us a little more about YOU!
  • Are you interested in performing a solo? This is not a requirement, we are just curious.*
  • Number of dances you can commit to

This is the maximum number you are prepared to commit to; final casting may be this number or fewer. We consistently hear that dancers are interested in participating in more pieces, so if this is something you would like to pursue, please let us know here. We encourage fundraising and are happy to support those efforts whenever possible. **NOTE: We are hoping to choreograph a full company group/production depending on how many company members we have for the season. This has not been decided but will count toward your maximum number of dances.
  • We are thinking ahead to new ideas and events for our dancers. What would you be interested in?

  • Check off any special events and opportunities you are interested in. These are in no particular order.*
