• A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the bounce house at all times.
• No shoes, food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects inside the jumper.
• Renter is responsible for any damage or missing equipment during the rental period.
• If winds exceed 15 mph or rain occurs, Jumper Bros reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for safety.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of event time.
• Jumper Bros is not liable for injuries that may occur while equipment is in renter’s possession.
• By signing below, renter acknowledges that they have read and understand this agreement and assume full responsibility for the equipment and any participants using it.
Liability Release Paragraph
I, the undersigned, agree to release and hold harmless Jumper Bros, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from use of the rented equipment. I understand that I am responsible for the equipment from delivery to pickup and will ensure safe supervision at all times.
