MEP Fire operates an integrated Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental System. This assessment is the initial process to allow MEP Fire to evaluate the suitability of our sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers for their addition onto our approved register.

MEP Fire will request updates of the information submitted, however, if any of the information supplied should change prior to our request, then this should be issued to MEP Fire at the time of the change.

Please complete this form - you can save the form if you need to come back to it. Once fully completed, please submit. This return is due annually from the first date of your application being approved and becoming a valued sub-contractor to us. You will be notified by email each year, via email, to review your return and refresh your supporting sub-contractor documentation.
