WSI Post Meet Reporting Sign-Up Form

Register your team to participate in processing financial and meet reports.
In preparatuion to the anticpated reporting changes that will take effect in September, the Wisconsin Swimming staff is offering an option to all meet hosts to process the post meet reports (Meet Financial and Meet Report - which includes all the supporting documents) for regular season meets held during the period of April 25, 2026 - July 31, 2026.

Meet hosts may continue to process their own post meet reports during this time; all established WSI policies and deadlines would still apply.

In either case, the UNLOCKED meet back up must be sent to the LSC within 48 hrs, per WSI policy 2.4.4

If a host chooses to opt in, the Meet Referee MUST submit the Referee report to the Officials Committee within 7 days of meet completion. If the report is not received in this time period, the LSC staff will notify the meet host and the meet host will then be required to immediately process their own reports.

You may change your choice to opt in/out, up to 24 hours before your meet start date, by submitting a new form.
