            • *CONDITIONS of PLAY All entrants must be financial members of the NSW Veteran Golfers Association, with Golflink numbers and current handicaps used for all scoring. Competition will be conducted under the Rules of Golf and any local rules of the host course. Tuesday and Thursday are allocated for the NSWVGA Shields and gift cards, under the guidance of NSWVGA. Players must play Tuesday and Thursday to qualify for the NSWVGA shield. No social golf club members are permitted to play in NSWVGA Weeks of Golf. Trophies will be awarded at the Presentation Dinner on Thursday evening and Friday after golf within NSWVGA guidelines all ties will be decided by count back. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend the Conditions of Play if required.  Hire carts are limited, allocated on a first in basis, and may need to be shared. Private carts/scooters may be used on the course. Refunds are available for cancellations made on or before the Friday immediately prior to the event; after this date, refunds are only considered for medical reasons or adverse weather at the discretion of the Organising Committee, and no refunds apply for No-Shows.
