All vendors are required to supply their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, lighting, and any necessary items for your day.
Setup & Breakdown
Vendor setup will take place the morning of the event. Specific arrival times, loading instructions, and placement details will be sent closer to the event date. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 9:30AM. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event staff. This ensures a positive experience for shoppers and fellow vendors.
Curation & Expectations
The 900 Vintage & Thrift Market is a juried and curated event. We prioritize classicaly thrifted and vintage goods that align with the spirit of the market and are preesnted professionally. Direct sales, mass-produced, or new items will not be accepted.
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will be notified via email with payment instructions and additional event details.
Indoor vendor spaces will consist of one 8-foot table space per vendor and space for 1-2 clothing racks, strategically placed throughout the 900 Rutter building to encourage steady foot traffic and an engaging shopping experience for guests. Indoor spaces are limited and carefully curated to ensure comfortable spacing, strong visibility, and a cohesive market flow throughout the building.
Outdoor vendor spaces will be available as well and are ideal for larger vendors requiring a 10x10 space such as furniture vendors, larger thrift collections etc . Specific indoor and outdoor placement and setup details will be provided closer to the event date.

10x10 outdoor $75/day.
Food Trucks $100
Indoor 8 ft's - $65
⚡ Electricity:
Electricity is not provided — vendors must plan accordingly.
🏕️ Setup Requirements:
All vendors must provide tent weights if outdoors (required for safety — no exceptions).
Tents, tables, and displays are not provided.
