IMPORTANT PROGRAM REQUIREMENT:

Active credit monitoring is required to participate in and continue with this program.

You must have active credit monitoring before signing up. The cost is $39.90 per month, paid separately from your program payment.

Your credit monitoring must remain active for the entire duration of the program. If your monitoring is canceled or becomes inactive, you will not be able to continue receiving program services until it is reactivated.

No credit monitoring = No program participation.

Please make sure you are comfortable with this requirement before enrolling.
Client Duties:
- Credit is a process, your credit can not be fixed in 30 days but it will be results.
- By law credit bureaus have 30/35 days to dispute items.
- Your credit montioring is needed for the program mortgage scores and regular scores
- Credit requires dedication, patience and understanding.
Clients MUST:
- Pay bills on time
- Credit card utilization must stay under 30%
- Avoid running credit during program
- Avoid opening new accounts during the program
