Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration and Payment: By submitting this registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and opt-in to receive communications regarding the event. Your registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received and processed.
All payments for event registration are processed securely via Stripe. A non‑refundable payment processing fee charged by Stripe applies to each transaction. This fee is added at checkout with Stripe and is payable by the attendee. The Organiser does not receive or retain any portion of this fee. In the event of a cancellation, refund or credit (where permitted), Stripe’s processing fees are not refundable.
2. Ticket Types and Inclusions: Your selections and ticket type determine the inclusions you receive for this event. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if required.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organiser 14 days prior to the event. Refunds and credits (if offered) are at the sole discretion of the organiser. A credit (if offered) must be redeemed within 12 months of the event. No refunds or credits will be provided for non‑attendance.
4. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
5. Event Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser: The organiser reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel the event if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. If the event is cancelled, the organiser will provide a refund of the event ticket price paid, excluding any third‑party processing fees. The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., air travel, accommodation). Travel insurance is highly recommended.
6. Behaviour and Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
7. Photography, Recording, and Media: By attending the event, you consent to the organiser capturing photographs or video that may include your image. These may be used for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
8. Personal Information: The organiser collects personal information for the purpose of managing event registrations, communication, and administration. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required for event delivery (e.g., venue security, dietary requirements). All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Health and Safety: Attendees must comply with all venue rules, safety instructions, and any applicable health guidelines. If you have dietary or accessibility requirements, you must disclose them during registration so reasonable arrangements can be made.
10. Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from your attendance at the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By completing this registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
