Admission requirments

1. English proficiency with adequate communication skills (speak|read|write)
2. Applicantions are open to individuals from 18–30 years of age
3. Positive attitude and a friendly outgoing personality 

(Shortlisted candidates will be tested during the recruitment process) 

Which documents/ information must I provide for my application?

1. A handwritten motivation letter not exceeding one page (why you?)
2. A Detailed CV 
3. A Copy of ID/Passport or other official form of identification
4. A Certificate of highest Educational Qualifications (last school certificate)
5. A Photograph of you (Head & Shoulder)
6. A working and reachable mobile phone number where you can be contacted for an initial telephonic interview

Please note: Applications failing to submit 1-6 as per above will not be considered.

• Candidates who meet the above admission criteria
• Unemployed Namibian Youth with “fire in their belly” and the burning desire to grab this opportunity and advance themselves in life
• Youth from socio economically disadvantaged backgrounds with emphasis on the Hardap and //Karas regions
• People with disabilities, and from marginalised communities are encouraged to apply and will be given first preference provided they meet all other admission requirements.
