4. Others

4.1 Even though the grant is (up to) US$1,500, the net amount you will finally receive in your bank account may be lower, due to bank charges, transfer charges, etc. Also, the remittance will be made only in US$. Do you agree with this?

4.2 If you are selected as a recipient of the grant from the JWF Fund 2026, do you agree to submit brief progress reports and the final report about the project to JWF Fund 2026, with relevant pictures and actual expenditures by 31st March 2027?

4.3 We will ask you to implement a follow-up survey after completion of the project. Do you agree to implement the follow-up survey and submit a follow-up report about the project, including pictures, around one year after completion of the project?

4.4 Do you agree that your reports, including pictures, can be used under the name of the Japan Water Forum and will also be published on JWF’s website?

4.5 Do you agree to participate in occasional follow-up surveys by the JWF Fund?

4.6 Do you agree to pay close attention to the infectious diseases such as new corona virus at the project site and to take preventive measures against the spread of infectious diseases when implementing the project?

4.7 Do you agree to contact us immediately in the event of difficulties in continuing the project as planned due to unexpected circumstances?

Please note: The name of your organization, the name of your project, and its results will be published on the Japan Water Forum website. Also, any pictures you provide to the JWF will be used under the name of the JWF.
