Organised by SHRI, the Singapore HR Awards recognise organisations and individuals that have made a meaningful difference to their people and workplaces. Now in its 19th edition, the awards celebrate HR practices that are grounded, strategic, and genuinely impactful.

Beyond recognition, the awards provide organisations with a valuable opportunity to reflect on their people practices, assess the maturity of their initiatives, and benchmark themselves against evolving standards across the HR community.

Not-for-Profit

• A society under the Registry of Society (ROS); or
• A company limited by guarantee (CLG) under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA); or
• A trust under the Office of Commissioner of Charities (COC)

SME

• Qualification based on Enterprise Singapore's definition of SMEs
• Turnover less than SGD$100 Million or 200 employees

Start-Up

• Be a Singapore-based company with core activities carried out in Singapore
• Be incorporated under ACRA for less than 5 years
• Be able to evidence substantial innovative and intellectual content for its products and/or applications
• Have high growth potential

Public Sector / Large Enterprise / MNC

• Be a Singapore-based company with core activities carried out in Singapore​
• Be incorporated under ACRA for more than 5 years

SHRI reserves the right to verify the selected organisation type and membership eligibility, and revise invoicing where applicable.

You will receive a copy of an invoice upon successful submission of this form.

• All nomination submissions and application fees are non-refundable.
• Incomplete submissions may be disqualified without refund.
• No submissions will be accepted after the stated nomination deadline. Requests for extensions to report submission deadlines will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• SHRI reserves the right to verify submitted information, including organisation type and membership eligibility, and revise invoicing where applicable.
• The judges’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the results will be entertained.
• Awards and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Awards not collected within one (1) month from the date of the Awards Ceremony may be forfeited.
• During the judging process, shortlisted organisations may be contacted for further clarification or presentation sessions where required.
• SHRI may make selected presentation sessions available for learning and sharing within the HR community. Consent will be sought from the presenting organisation prior to the scheduled presentation session.
• All participating organisations are required to make full payment of the application fee prior to processing.
