    Please select your preferred styling level for The Cover Experience. Each option offers a different level of detail, finish, and overall impact. Florals are high quality faux florals, thoughtfully styled and customised to suit your event colour palette.
  • Floral placement can be styled internally or externally. Internal styling creates a more immersive look; however, it does reduce the space within the installation.*

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Booking & Payment
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

    Bond
    A refundable bond of $500 applies to all hires and will be returned following your event, provided the installation is returned in its original hire condition (photos will be taken prior and after the event)

    Use of Installation
    The installation is a styled feature piece and must not be climbed on, leaned on excessively, or misused in any way.

    Food & Drink
    No food or beverages are permitted inside the installation at any time.

    Damage
    The client is responsible for any damage caused during the hire period. If damage exceeds the bond amount, additional costs will be invoiced.

    Placement
    The installation must remain in the agreed location and must not be moved by guests or third parties.

    Weather
    Outdoor setups must be protected from weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

    Delivery & Travel

    Delivery and pick up is included within a 20k radius of Warragul.

    For locations outside this area, travel is charged at $1.00 per kilometer (to and from the event location)
