    Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 3rd Annual Rose City Cigar & Soul Festival! Volunteers are so important to help us deliver an elevated experience. Please fill in the form below NO LATER THAN MAY 31st.

    Join the team that helps bring Portland’s premier cigar and soul festival to life. There are seven volunteer shifts available. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one shift if they choose.

    Available Shifts, Responsibilities & Benefits:

    Friday, July 10th

    Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday Morning Set-Up Crew 
    Responsibilities: Venue setup / Light physical labor (tables, signage, decor)

    Benefits:

    • Complimentary GA Ticket to the Liquid Gold Experience (Fri, July 10 | 6P – 9P)

     

    Shift 2: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday Night Liquid Gold Experience Event Team Responsibilities: Registration check-in / Assisting with guest services & vendor support

    Benefits:

    • RCCS Volunteer T-shirt, Exclusive RCCS Festival Tumbler with signature cocktail included, Water & Light Snacks during shift
    • Complimentary GA Ticket to Rose Smoke Soirée (Sat, July 11 | 4P-9P)

     

    Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 1:30 AM Brooklyn Caretta After Party Team                            Responsibilities: After party registration check-in, guest flow support, light closing support

    Benefits:

    • RCCS Volunteer T-shirt, Exclusive RCCS Festival Tumbler with signature cocktail included, Water & Light Snacks during shift
    • Complimentary GA Ticket to Rose Smoke Soirée (Sat, July 11 | 4P-9P)

     

    Saturday, July 11th

    Shift 4: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday Morning Set-Up Crew
    Responsibilities: Event setup (Vendor Village, Light physical labor (tables, signage, decor)

    Benefits:

    • Complimentary GA Ticket to Rose Smoke Soiree (Fri, July 10 | 6P-9P)

     

    Shift 5: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday Rose Smoke Soiree Event Team A
    Responsibilities: Registration check-in, runner duties, merchandise booth assistance

    Benefits:

    • RCCS Volunteer T-shirt, Exclusive RCCS Festival Tumbler with signature cocktail included, Water & Light Snacks during shift
    • Complimentary GA Ticket to the Liquid Gold Experience (Fri, July 10 | 6P-9P)

    Shift 6: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday Rose Smoke Soiree Event Team B
    Responsibilities: Registration check-in, runner duties, merchandise booth assistance, take down support

    Benefits:

    Shift 7: 8:30 PM – 1:30 AM Brooklyn Caretta After Party Team                            Responsibilities: After party registration check-in, guest flow support, light closing support

    Positive, professional energy
    Ability to be on your feet and interact with guests
    Comfortable with light lifting and fast-paced event environments
    Team players who show up ready to work and vibe
    All volunteers must be 21+

    Volunteer Dress Code (During Event Hours):
    Friday: Shades of Gold & Tan
    Saturday: Shades of Red & Pink
     
    While setting up or taking down, feel free to wear casual, comfortable clothing appropriate for light labor and moving around. Please bring a change of clothes if needed to align with the event dress code once doors open.
