Clone of CEED Festival 2025 Vendor Application
  • 2026 CEED Festival Vendor Application

    Calling all nature-based vendors!
  •

We’re now accepting vendor applications for our upcoming CEED festivals!

Vendors must have a clear connection to nature, whether through natural or sustainable materials, environmental education, handmade goods inspired by the outdoors, or offerings that support wellness and connection to the natural world.

Each festival is a vibrant, nature-filled day featuring live music, animal encounters, kids’ activities, self-guided hikes, and a lineup of thoughtful, nature-inspired vendors.

    Festival Dates:

    • Saturday, June 20, 2026 (11 AM–3 PM)
      Summer Solstice Festival
Celebrating native plants, animals, and Indigenous Peoples

    • Saturday, September 26, 2026 (11 AM–3 PM)
Fall Equinox Festival – Roots & Renewal
A celebration of grounding, transition, and reconnecting with the natural rhythms of the season

    • Saturday, December 12, 2026 (3–6 PM)
Winter Solstice Festival – Winter Wisdom
An evening of quiet reflection, shared warmth, and a touch of festive cheer as the light returns

There’s no upfront fee for a booth. If you’re selling merchandise, we suggest a donation of 20% of net sales. For all other vendors, there is no required fee, though contributions toward festival costs are always appreciated. As a nonprofit, these donations help us continue offering accessible community programming, supporting local artists and educators, and keeping our events rooted in education and nature connection.

Each vendor space is 12’x12’ and located outdoors. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and canopy. Please note that Wi Fi and electricity are not available.

If you’re interested in participating, please fill out the application below with as much detail as possible. We’d love to learn more about what you do.

Please Note: This is an application, not a confirmation, and selected vendors will be notified.
