Belt intact and not shredding?
Hoses round and consistent in appearance?
Hydraulics connectors wet or leaking?
Restriction indicators in "green" while engine running?
Starting Hard Surface Forklift Inspection

Please start the hard surface forklift and answer the following questions.
Engine starts up promptly/turns on promptly?
No adverse noises (e.g. ticking, screeching, grinding)?
Full function test?
Moves into reverse?
Moves into drive?
Backup alarm functional?
Mirrors adjust for the best view?
Any dashboard warning lights?
Left turn signals (front AND rear) function?
Right turn signals (front AND rear) function?
If you are performing the inspection alone, try to check the brake lights through a reflection if possible.
