    Please confirm your artwork meets these guidelines before submitting. You can also find our address and contact information here should you have any questions regarding your submission.
  • Artwork Submission Deadline: July 17th

     

    No submission fee.

    All artwork submitted is a donation to HIP.

     

    Artwork Parameters:

    • All submissions must be size 4 in x 6 in
    • Submissions may not exceed 1/2 inch in depth. 
    • Cards can be paintings, drawings, prints, collages, photographs, or other mostly flat art. We also welcome variety in media and format though! Wood, metal, glass, cloth, and other mediums are welcome so long as they meet the size requirements.
    • No signature may be displayed on the front of the artwork. 
      • All contact information and artist advertising will be listed on the back of the submitted artwork. The anonymity will contribute to gallery viewing and buying experience. 
      • An arrow marking the top side of the artwork should be put on the back of the submission to enable correct display during the event. 
    • Artwork not sold will be retained by HIP after the event and available for continued sales after the event.
    • Artists may submit up to 3 pieces of original artwork. Please submit a separate submission form for each piece of artwork.

  • By submitting this form I agree to submit my artwork to HIP as a donation to be used in their fundraising event on August 6th-9th. Should my artwork not sell at this event I agree that HIP will retain the artwork for future events, sales, & display purposes. All proceeds from artwork sales will be donated to HIP for Fundraising Purposes.

     

    I will mark the back of my submission with my name and title of the artwork, and the front of the artwork will not display a signature or identifying marker. All artwork will be anonymously displayed. Artists will be revealed to the buyer after purchase.

     

     I will mark the back of my work with an arrow indicating the top side of the work for display purposes. 

     

    There will be a table to feature artist advertisments. You're welcome to submit brochures, business cards, small sample works, and other small advertising literature for this table.

     

    HIP will be mailing donation acknowledgements to the address you provide in this form. The value of your donation is determined by the artist, acknowledgements will not have a value listed. 

     

    I acknowledge that when my submission is sent to the individual who purchases it my contact information will be sent on a card accompanying the artwork. This is so that the buyer may find more artwork by you, the artist, through any contact information, website, or social media you provide to us.
