Catalyst Waiver and Release:* This field is required.Program: Catalyst Camps (“the Catalyst Program”) Period: January 2026 - January 2027 (“the Period”) Name of released parties: Catalyst Adventures (Bahamas) Limited (“Catalyst”) All agents and employees of Catalyst including any other person who is engaged to assist with the Catalyst Program. Sebastian Purvis, Christopher Jenkins. (collectively “the Released Parties”) In consideration of the Participant’s continued participation in the Catalyst Program provided by the Released Parties from the date of this Release (“the Effective Date”) I hereby agree to the following: 1. I am fully aware that participating in the ‘Catalyst Program’ will include the Participant taking part in outdoor activities at various locations around the island including but not limited to as adventure walks in the Bahamian wild, watersports in swimming pools, lakes and the sea (including kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, windsurfing and swimming), fire lighting and camp cooking, cultural visits, and that such involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, allergic reactions to plants and insects, burning, accidents, injury, and death. 2. I hereby affirm and acknowledge that while the Released Parties will always have a first aid kit, the Catalyst Program will occasionally be conducted in and take place at locations that are remote from immediate medical assistance. 3. I certify that the Participant is physically fit, has no medical conditions that would prevent participation in the Catalyst Program, or affect the Participant’s involvement in these activities other than those I have listed in the form. 4. I understand and agree that the Released Parties may choose to exclude the Participant from any activity in their absolute discretion to ensure the safety of the Participant and others. 5. I further understand and acknowledge that it is my responsibility as a parent to ensure that the Participant has appropriate sunblock, clothing (including hat, sun shirt and appropriate footwear), as well as water and food, and has complied with any other instructions issued by any of the Released Parties in advance of a session. 6. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant while participating in the Catalyst Program. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by any third party as a result of the Participant’s involvement in the Catalyst Program. 7. By signing this document, I acknowledge for myself and for the Participant that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during participation in the Catalyst Program, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my/our right to bring a claim or maintain a lawsuit against the Released Parties on the basis of any claim which I have herein released the Released Parties. Further I have had sufficient opportunity to read and understand this Agreement in its entirety and hereby agree to be bound absolutely by its terms. 8. This waiver and release of liability is binding on my (or my child's) heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. 9. I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily signed it. I expressly acknowledge that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of signing this document and that there are no impediments or reasons I should lack capacity to enter into this Agreement. 10. This waiver and release is valid for the duration of the Period set out above, and will continue to apply if the Participant continues to take part in the Catalyst Program beyond the Period. 11. This waiver and release is governed by Bahamian law, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahamian Court. 12. I hereby agree that if any portion of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.

Lyford School Site Waiver and Liability Release Form* This field is required.As used herein “Lyford (LCIS)” shall mean Lyford Cay International School Facilities and shall include its directors, coaches, and employees, “UNDERSIGNED” shall be the father and/or mother, or the guardian of the “PARTICIPANT”, or the PARTICIPANT if eighteen years of age or older, “SITE” shall mean: LCIS and shall include contractual agreement(s) to use of facilities, its Principal, teachers, members of the Board of Directors and Governors and its employees and agents. The UNDERSIGNED understands that there are certain risks associated with the use of the facilities and that in the course of participating in the activities facilitated at Lyford accidents may occur. In consideration of the right to participate in the programs (ie, Catalyst), and related activities, the UNDERSIGNED hereby assumes all the risks in any way associated with the program and related activities at the SITE and hereby undertakes to hold and holds Lyford and the SITE harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, debts, claims, and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise or arises from or in connection with Lyford Cay International School, the use of the SITE and related activities, except where such risks arise due to the gross negligence and/or willful misconduct of Lyford. As a PARTICIPANT, I will not use the Lyford alone nor participate in any related activities alone at the SITE. The terms hereby shall serve to release Lyford and the SITE from any and all liability and place the entire assumption of risk on the UNDERSIGNED, his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and members of the UNDERSIGNED’S family. I certify that the PARTICIPANT is physically fit and has been informed by a physician that they can participate in the program and related activities facilitated at Lyford Cay International School. By including your signature in this form, you have agreed to the LCIS terms and conditions listed in the above waiver. If you you do not this document, your application will be denied Parental Consent: I hereby accept that those assigned by Lyford Cay International School (LCIS) and programs (ie: Catalyst) to supervise my son/daughter may act as a responsible guardian, issue appropriate over-the-counter medicine, as approved by LCIS, give first aid or consent for appropriate medical treatment should it prove necessary. Also in signing this, you allow LCIS staff Permission to Release Medical Information if necessary to the appropriate medical authorities.

Windsor Facilities: Windsor School Waiver and Liability Release Form* This field is required.In consideration of being permitted to enter the Albany Resort (the “Resort”) and/or any of the Windsor School campuses, for any purpose, including but not limited to observation, use of services, facilities, or equipment, or participation in any events, activities or the like, the undersigned hereby acknowledges, agrees and represents that he or she has, or immediately upon entering will, inspect such premises, facilities and equipment. It is further acknowledged, agreed and represented that such entry into the Resort or Windsor Schools for observation, participation or use of any services, facilities or equipment, or participation in any events, activities or the like constitutes an acknowledgment that such premises and all facilities and equipment thereon have been inspected and that the undersigned finds and accepts same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of such observation, use or participation. In further consideration of being permitted to enter the Resort and/or Windsor Schools for any purpose including, but not limited to, observation, use of services, facilities or equipment, or participation in any events, activities or the like, the undersigned hereby agrees to the following: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that, to ensure the privacy, safety and enjoyment of all Resort members at Albany—including high-profile individuals —no person is permitted to take, attempt to take, request to take, or solicit photographs or videos of any Resort member, guest, or individual on the Resort premises unless that individual is a member of the undersigned’s own party. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the Resort and potential revocation of access privileges. The undersigned hereby releases, waives and discharges Park Ridge Securities Corp., Albany Resort, Windsor School Bahamas Foundation, Windsor Land Holding Company, Ltd., Windsor Academy Ltd., Playgroup Limited and any manager of the Resort or Windsor Schools facilities or any portion thereof, their respective affiliates, their respective successors and assigns, and their respective shareholders, partners, members of any limited liability company, directors, officers, agents and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from all liability to the undersigned for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation whether caused by the negligence, acts and/or omissions of any of the Releasees, while the undersigned is in, upon, or about the Resort or Windsor Schools premises or any facilities or equipment thereat, using any services, facilities or equipment, or participating in any event, activity or the like sponsored by the Resort, Windsor Schools, or any of the Releasees, whether on or off Resort or Windsor Schools premises, and covenants not to sue any Releasee in connection with such loss or damage. The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur due to the presence of the undersigned in, upon or about the Resort or Windsor Schools premises, in any way observing or using any services, facilities or equipment of the Resort or Windsor Schools, or participating in any event or activity sponsored by the Resort, Windsor Schools, or any Releasee, whether on or off the Resort or Windsor Schools premises, caused by any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, any loss, liability, damage or cost caused by the negligence or the acts or omissions of the Releasees or any of them. The undersigned hereby assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to the negligence, acts and/or omissions of the undersigned, members of any club or school that is part of the Resort or Windsor Schools, guests, invitees and/or the Releasees while in, about or upon the Resort or Windsor Schools premises, while using any premises, services, facilities or equipment thereat, including without limitation, the use of any swimming pools, beach facilities, educational or athletic facilities, child care services or unsupervised areas of recreation, or while participating in any event, activity or the like sponsored by the Resort, Windsor Schools, or any of the Releasees, whether on or off the Resort or Windsor Schools premises. THE RESORT AND WINDSOR SCHOOLS ARE ENVIRONMENTS THAT MAY INCLUDE MAN-MADE AND NATURAL BODIES OF WATER, ATHLETIC AREAS, AND OTHER FACILITIES, AND ALL USE — INCLUDING POOLS, WATER PARKS, OCEAN, MARINA, AND ATHLETIC OR EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES — IS AT THE USER’S OWN RISK AT ALL TIMES. The undersigned further expressly agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding such holding, continue in full legal force and effect. The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. If the undersigned is a member of either Albany Golf & Beach Club, Albany Yacht Club, or a student, parent, employee, or representative of Windsor Schools, in the event of any inconsistency between the terms hereof and the terms of membership, enrollment, or employment documents for the relevant entity, the terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement shall control. Further, the undersigned here grants the site the right to film, televise, photograph, identify, and otherwise record the participant during the sports program, event, gym and related activities.
