Which pickup date works for you?*

Our "Pie of the Weekend" is Margarita Key Lime Pie that we only make once a year for Cinco de Mayo! We also brought back our Smoked Pulled Pork Pies and our Buffalo Chicken Pies that we have been out of for several months.

Sorry we are still out of ice cream -- we're in the process of training in another employee so we can hopefully catch up on all pie flavors and ice cream by the end of May.

Margarita Key Lime Pie

For this pie we grate lime zest and juice fresh limes like we do for our traditional Key Lime recipe, but we then add in enough Jose Cuervo Tequila and Triple Sec for that margarita flavor to come through. We switched from a graham crust to our pretzel crumb crust to have a bit of that saltiness, and of course you have to have salt on the rim for your margarita so we include a packet of Maldon large flake sea salt for you to sprinkle on just before serving. We'll have these pies frozen for you so you can thaw one overnight on Monday to have on Cinco De Mayo, or you can just thaw on the counter for 2-3 hours whenever you'd like.

No joke, you do need to be 21+ to purchase this pie since it has more than 0.5% alcohol by volume (there are the equivalent of about 2.5 shots in this pie), so bring your ID!
