1) The Artist acknowledges and agrees that Ipswich Town Hall and the Ipswich Art Association (IAA) are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the artwork, however caused, while the artwork is on Town Hall premises.
2) The Artist understands that the artwork will not be insured by Ipswich Town Hall or the IAA. The Artist is solely responsible for securing any desired insurance coverage.
3) The IAA will not receive any commission for items sold while hanging in the exhibit. All sales arrangements must be made directly between the Artist and the buyer.
4) Ipswich Town Hall staff will not be involved in, nor responsible for, pricing, handling, transporting, or selling the artwork at any time.
5) The Artist agrees to handle all sales, communications, payment arrangements, and delivery of sold artwork independently.
6) The Artist agrees to deliver and pick up their artwork during the designated drop‑off and pick‑up windows. Artwork not retrieved by the stated deadline may be removed or stored at the Artist’s risk. Neither the IAA nor Town Hall accepts responsibility for unclaimed artwork.
7) The Artist releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Ipswich Town Hall, the Town of Ipswich, and the IAA, including their officers, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in this exhibit.
8) The Artist agrees that submission of artwork for this exhibit constitutes acceptance of all terms listed in this waiver.
