Summer Camp Registration Form

Due to limited camp size, all sales will be considered final.

In the event that a camp does not meet the minimum enrollment, BAM Pearland reserves the right to cancel the camp. If a camp is cancelled by BAM Pearland because it did not meet minimum enrollment, parents will have the option to transfer to another camp if space is available or receive a full refund.

In the event of a camp cancellation due to inclement weather, such as hurricane or tornado or other such natural disasters, no refunds will be issued. Registration in camp is not transferable from child to child.

In the event that you need to cancel your child’s registration in camp, a refund will be provided (minus a $25 processing fee) for cancellations requested, in writing, up to 10 days before the start of your registered camp session. Refunds are not available for cancellations requested less than 10 days before the start of the camp session.

In the event your child is unable to attend a camp session due to illness, refunds will not be provided.

In the event it is necessary to send a child home due to behavior or illness, BAM Pearland is unable to provide either a full or partial refund.

• The safety and health of our campers is our first priority.
• For your child’s security all campers MUST be escorted to and from the camp room by a parent or guardian and signed in and out EVERY DAY. We realize leaving your contact information each day may not always be convenient. In the event of an emergency, we want to have the most accurate contact information for you.
• The daily Check-In/Out Sheet will have space for a list of authorized adults for pick-up and emergency contact information. This can be filled out by the person who drops off the camper on the first day of each camp week.
• We ID at pick up daily based on the information provided on the daily Check-In/Out Sheet. Please make sure to include your own contact information.
• Drop-off and Pick-up times are 15 minutes prior to and after the end of the camp period. If you do not pick up your child after camp within 15 minutes a fee may be charged per minute that you are late. Please contact the store at 281-741-0279 in the event of tardiness. Parents/guardians should expect parking to take time and should plan accordingly. There are many options for parking in the Pearland Town Center.
• If your child is experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, or fever, please do not send them to camp. We follow the local school district policy. Campers may return to camp after they have been clear of symptoms and/or fever free for 24 hours without the use of medications.
• Campers are expected to follow our Camp Rules. Our goal is to keep our campers engaged in a fun, safe environment. Bullying and other forms of harassment will not be tolerated. Campers who persist in negative behaviors that impact the experience of their fellow campers will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
• We are happy to accommodate children with disabilities and special needs. Please notify us of your child’s disabilities and special needs PRIOR to your child’s first day of camp.
• If you have a child who may need assistance to complete activities, a parent or caregiver should expect to stay in the room to assist. The individual that accompanies the child must pass a background check. Please contact us at 281-741-0279 to discuss any special needs to help your child be successful in camp.

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian of the child whose name appears on this camp registration form, authorize their participation in BAM Pearland’s Summer Camp. I understand that there are certain risks of physical injury to my child as part of his or her participation in Camp. I understand that my child will participate in building with LEGO® bricks and related equipment and voluntarily release BAM Pearland and its employees, owners, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur or be associated with my child’s participation in camp, except in cases of gross negligence.

I, as the undersigned parent/legal guardian, consent and give permission to BAM Pearland to photograph my child and to use their image and likeness. Any photographs become the sole property of BAM Pearland and may be used in connection with events, marketing, and media platforms. I understand and agree that I/my child will not receive any compensation for the use of any photographs
