Beyond Schools Youth Garden Survey

This survey is intended to help us learn more about youth garden programs offered outside the traditional K-12 school day, and their potential to improve nutrition and wellness for kids, families, and communities.

It includes 20 questions and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous unless you choose to share your contact information for follow-up.

As a thank you, KidsGardening will provide a $5 digital gift card for a downloadable resource from the KidsGardening Store. After submitting the survey, you will receive a confirmation message with your code. Codes must be used by June 30, 2026.
