***Your athlete must first be registered with USA Swimming before submitting this payment.***

This payment does not register your athlete with USA Swimming. Your athlete's USA Swimming membership must be purchased first.
This form is only for athletes who are already registered with USA Swimming and have been directed to pay the $20 Emergency Registration Fee by their club or Arizona Swimming.

Athletes entered into a meet who are not registered by the meet entry deadline are required to pay a $20 Emergency Registration Fee to Arizona Swimming in addition to their USA Swimming registration.

The emergency registration fee includes a processing fee.

The emergency registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for payments made before completing USA Swimming registration, incorrect submissions, duplicate payments, or any other reason.

The total amount charged includes the $20 Emergency Registration Fee and a processing fee.
