    To help us review your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:

    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or order number
    • Clear photos of the full product
    • Clear photos of the issue or damage
    • Any product label, barcode, item number, or identifying details if available

    Please submit one product per claim. If you have multiple items, submit a separate claim for each item.

    Do not ship your product unless an RMA number has been issued by our team. If physical inspection is needed, we will provide return instructions.
