Refund Policy
To withdraw from a course, students must provide written notice to the institution. The effective date of withdrawal is the date the written notice is received.
Refund Entitlement
The percentage of the program completed is calculated based on total scheduled instructional hours.
Refunds are calculated based on the total tuition and fees paid under this contract.
- 7 days or more before the program start date:
95% refund of total fees
- Less than 7 days before the program start date:
90% refund of total fees
- After the program has started:
- Up to 10% of the program completed: 80% refund
- More than 10% and up to 30% completed: 50% refund
- After 30% of the program completed: no refund
Additional Terms
- Supply/material fees are non-refundable once issued to the student.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving written notice of withdrawal.
- If fees remain unpaid at the time of withdrawal, the student may be required to pay the outstanding balance based on the refund calculation.
Regulatory Disclosure
This program does not require approval by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.
As such, this program is not eligible for coverage under the Student Tuition Protection Fund.
