To ensure that the EPIC MRV remains a safe space for both the community and MLGW employees, the following is required:
- Request must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event request.
- The event must be consistent with MLGW’s standards and values and does not conflict with MLGW policy.
- A mininum of 30'x50' to park the MRV and additional space will be needed for tabling, canopies, and a safe zone.
- Pre-event site visit: MLGW Security must visit the event site a minimum of 7 days in advance of the event to determine if the location meets EPIC participation criteria.
- The ground must be stable enough to support the vehicle’s weight without trapping it.
- MLGW must be able to block off the required space for the vehicle to be parked 24 hours in advance to ensure that space is reserved on event day.
