I, the undersigned parent/guardian, give permission for my child to participate in Growing STEM’s Free Play Day. I understand that while reasonable care will be taken, Growing STEM and its staff are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during participation. I release Growing STEM from any claims arising from my child’s involvement in this event.
