⭐Creators Design Lab Summer STEAM Camp⭐ — FAQ for Parents
1. What are the camp hours?
Camp runs 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Extended care 4:00 PM- 5:00PM.
2. What should my child bring each day?
Packed lunch
Refillable water bottle
Any medications with required forms
Snacks are included daily.
3. What should my child wear?
Comfortable, weather‑appropriate clothing that can get messy. Closed‑toe shoes are required for safety.
4. Are electronics allowed?
Electronics must stay in backpacks unless staff gives permission for a specific activity.
5. What is the camper‑to‑staff ratio?
We maintain small groups to ensure safety, individualized attention, and hands‑on learning. All staff CPR trained
6. What kinds of activities will campers do?
Each week includes:
Hands‑on science experiments
Engineering challenges
Art & design projects
Outdoor games
Team‑building activities
Faith‑integrated lessons about creativity and God’s design
7. How do you handle allergies or medical needs?
Parents must list all allergies and medical conditions on the registration form. We follow all PVCP safety protocols and keep emergency contacts on file.
8. What is your discipline policy?
We use a progressive, grace‑filled approach:
Verbal reminder
Temporary removal from activity
Parent notification
Early pick‑up or dismissal for repeated or serious behavior
Our goal is always restoration, safety, and kindness.
9. What if my child is absent?
Please email hello@creatorsdesignlab.com , call or text 425-589-4922 to notify us. Refunds are not issued for missed days.
10. Are parents allowed to visit?
For safety, the campus is closed during camp hours. Parents may attend designated showcase moments if scheduled.
11. Is this camp ESA‑approved?
Yes — Creators Design Lab is an ESA‑approved vendor.

These expectations help us create a safe, joyful, Christ‑centered learning environment where every child can thrive.
1. Respect for Others
Students will:
Speak kindly
Listen when others are talking
Keep hands and feet to themselves
Include others and treat everyone fairly
Students will not:
Bully, tease, or exclude
Use disrespectful or inappropriate language
2. Respect for Materials & Environment
Students will:
Use tools and materials safely
Follow directions during experiments
Clean up their workspace
Care for PVCP property and Creators Design Lab supplies
Students will not:
Break, misuse, or waste materials
Run or play unsafely indoors
3. Safety First
Students will:
Use science tools only with permission
Wear safety gear when required
Report unsafe situations to an adult
Keep food and drinks away from experiment areas
4. Participation & Attitude
Students will:
Try their best
Stay with their group
Ask for help when needed
Encourage others and celebrate creativity
5. Electronics & Personal Items
Electronics stay in backpacks unless staff approves
Toys, trading cards, and valuables should stay home
