Registrations cancelled no later than August 14th will receive a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Registrations cancelled no later than September 14th will be refunded 50% of the registration fees minus a $25.00 processing fee. Registrations cancelled after September 15th will not be eligible for a refund.

• Full conference rates are for attendance at all three days of the conference (October 14-16, 2026), including the Board Meeting/Annual Business Meeting and the "An Evening of Culture & Connection" event on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
  
  
• Early Bird rates for Professional and Emeritus/Retiree are effective through July 15, 2026; regular rates are effective July 16 - October 16, 2026.
  
  
• Student and Presenter rates are effective through October 16, 2026.
  
  
• Single and Two-Day rates are effective through October 16, 2026.
